A video showing U.S. Senator Max Baucus drunk while delivering a speech on health care reform in the Senate is raising more than a few eyebrows online.
The video shows the good Senator tired and emotional, slurring his words and occasionally mumbling as he tries to attack the Republicans over their stance on health care reform.
