Things just keeping getting worse at the Jersey Shore.

Actress Alyssa Milano — who just happens to be Italian-American — has made no secret of her displeasure with the stereptypical “Guido/Guidette” fascination sweeping reality fans and the controversial new series catapulting the “lifestyle” to fame: MTV’s Jersey Shore.

The program has attracted controversy and frightened advertisers since it premiere two weeks ago for its portrayal of Italian-Americans, with some groups claiming the show relies on stereotypes.

“My husband actually showed me the trailer on YouTube last night and I got upset,” Alyssa retorted last week. “It upset me. I was like, ‘Turn that off!’ So no, I don’t think I’ll be watching that.”

Just because Alyssa isn’t watching, doesn’t mean she can’t have a little fun mocking the show’s over-the-top personalities and bright orange tans. The classy screen star gives Snooki, Pauly D., and the rest of the series simpletons a run for their money by transforming herself into a Jersey Shore castmember for a new online parody! The 36-year-old actress parodies a “guidette” and the MTV show which she claims is “distorting the perception of New Jersey.”
